Non-Motorized – Adult Day Passes

As a condition of membership or day pass purchase for recreational use of the Ganaraska Forest, I agree to assume all risk of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with my use of the Ganaraska Forest, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the said bodies of any one of them, their agents, officials, servants or representatives.

I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority, its directors, officers and employees and their respective agents, officials, servants, and representatives from and against any claim, action, occurrence, accident, loss, damage, injury, cost, expense, fees, charges, fines, penalties or other amount that, directly or indirectly, is, or is alleged, to be caused by, contributed to or results or arises from (in whole or in part, regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently or in any sequence and notwithstanding any continuous or repeated exposure to) COVID-19 or other contagious, infectious or communicable disease, illnesses or viruses, or the fear or threat thereof.

It is further understood and agreed that this agreement is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and myself. I understand that any motorized vehicle used in the forest must be licensed and adequately insured. Video surveillance in effect.
